Astrology for reflection and education

Narecha provides astrological calculations, interpretations, and educational material for personal reflection and entertainment. Astrology is interpretive. Narecha does not predict outcomes with certainty and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Do not use Narecha as a substitute for qualified professional judgment or emergency services.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe its security, or use automated means to access it without permission.

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features, prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be shown before purchase and may be processed through Apple or another marketplace. Marketplace billing and refund rules also apply. Features and prices may change prospectively where permitted by law.

Your content and birth information

You retain ownership of information you provide. You give Narecha limited permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Only submit another person’s information if you have permission or another lawful basis to do so.

Narecha content

The Narecha name, visual identity, software, writing, illustrations, interfaces, and original interpretations are owned by Narecha LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the service for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape, publish, or create derivative commercial products from Narecha content without written permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Narecha accurate and available, but services may occasionally be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Astrological results may vary based on birth-time accuracy, location, calculation settings, tradition, house system, and interpretive method.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narecha is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of guaranteed accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular life outcome. Narecha LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using Narecha at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal obligations, or material violations of these Terms. Provisions that logically survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
